I remember playing this game on original gameboy cartridge when I was younger, on my gameboy color with the Pikachu light up cheek/power LED. Then I didn't play it, or really even think about the game for maybe... a decade. Reconnected with the soundtrack as an adult a couple years ago, and remember thinking that this song would make a great metal tune.

(I don't know where the surf rock stuff came from) I guess I was just aiming to make this one comedic to listen to, but still function as cool music. So the juxtaposition of the metal and surf rock styles, with the overly dramatic string swells in the chorus really worked for that.

All the same, fun puzzle game. Fun music. Fun to rearrange. Fun
