Just a simple and fun rearrangement of this classic video game song. This cover/arrangement has a bit of an interesting back story for me. I actually arranged and recorded the instruments about a year ago when I first started making youtube videos and covers. But I was really unsatisfied with the way it came out at the time. The background noise of the acoustic guitars bugged me to no end, and I basically wrote the song off entirely. Put it into a folder somewhere, never to seen or heard by anyone again. But I accidentally put it in my stream playlist not too long ago, and when it came on randomly, I really appreciated the song. I thought it was a really cool spin on the song. So I re-recorded the acoustic guitars and though they are still kinda noisy (quiet intricate acoustic guitars are hard to get to compete with loud distorted guitars and drums) I did my best to make it not as much of a distraction. Remixed it and remastered it after that. Think it turned out well, easy mix aside from the acoustic guitars.
